Can the Bible be interpreted correctly? | Rev Dr Andrew Judd

This conversation with Andrew Judd was recorded on September 5, 2024. Andrew is an ordained Anglican minister working as deputy principal at Ridley College Melbourne. Andrew has a PhD in biblical hermeneutics from Sydney University, specifically focusing on Hans-Georg Gadamer’s phenomenology of play, Christian interpretation of the Hebrew scriptures, and why smart people seem to keep disagreeing on what the Bible means. Something I really appreciated in this conversation was Andy’s ability to explain the nuances of hermeneutics in a very user friendly way, and I think in a way that would make sense to both Christians and those who aren’t religious.
